Position Overview

FedEx Office is hiring Print Specialists to produce high-quality digital print orders and provide expert customer service at retail store locations. You will operate commercial digital printing equipment, consult with customers on print specifications, and ensure every order meets FedEx Office quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial digital printers, wide-format plotters, and finishing equipment (laminators, cutters, binding machines).
• Consult with walk-in and online customers to clarify print specifications, file formats, and paper stock selections.
• Process and quality-check print orders including business cards, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Assist customers with FedEx shipping services, packing, and notary services as needed.
• Maintain equipment through daily cleaning, calibration, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Benefits

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior print production or graphic design experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency required.
