Position Overview
FedEx Ground is hiring Package Handlers for early morning, evening, and overnight shifts at local hub and sorting facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles and trailers onto conveyor belts and sorting systems.
- Sort packages by destination zip code and route using automated scanning equipment.
- Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all FedEx safety protocols at all times.
- Handle packages weighing up to 75 lbs with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Meet or exceed hourly throughput targets while maintaining scan accuracy above 99%.
