Position Overview

FedEx is hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from residential and business shipping customers. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding shipment tracking, delivery status, and account issues.
