Position Overview

FedEx is hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from residential and business shipping customers. You will troubleshoot tracking issues, process claims, schedule pickups, and provide rate quotes using FedEx proprietary systems. Both on-site and remote work options are available depending on location.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding shipment tracking, delivery status, and account issues.
• Process damage and loss claims, initiate package traces, and escalate complex cases per FedEx protocols.
• Educate customers on FedEx shipping services, rate structures, and packaging requirements.
• Schedule on-demand pickups and resolve address correction issues in real time.
• Maintain first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores above team benchmarks.

Qualifications & Benefits

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
